What is Crazy Rich Health?


​As age numbers go up, it is a common misperception that health must go down. Our empathy for those around us who are not experiencing the level of health and fitness that the two of us enjoy, is why we created Crazy Rich Health Online Masterminds.

​As we add numbers to our age, we have the fitness level of people 30 years or so younger and do not need any medications. We feel great and continue to add longevity to our Health-span every day. We’re committed to teaching anyone, at any age who craves the same.

What is your Health-span?

Your Lifespan is purely the number of years you are alive.
Your Health-span is the number of years you have an energetic and active body that’s strong and healthy and able to handle the impact of challenges along the way. It’s living longer with a high quality of life. It’s enjoying the time spent on this planet, making plans for the future. It’s feeling strong when you take on a physical project. It’s being able to interact actively with your grandchildren as they grow up. It’s looking forward to each new day.
